I think we can agree that your 3rd article listed here is not only highly subjective, but downright biased. There's nothing but conjecture and whining.

On the other hand, good for Good Hope Road nabbing a new residential project! I'm only confused as to why this developer is not trying to begin rehabbing the existing building stock, first.
