JBG plans to start Rosslyn tower next year (Washington Post) The JBG Cos. plan to begin building a 31 story office tower atop the Rosslyn Metro station in the second quarter of 2012.

Greystar plans to pour $300m into DC area real estate (Globe St) With 5 development sites in the works, the company also plans to purchase existing inventory in the area.

Luxury apartments welcome real estate skeptics throughout the area (Washingtonian) Even with rental prices continually rising, many still prefer the non-committal approach to real estate, along with its high price tag.
