Host Hotels cancels plans to buy D.C. Grand Hyatt (Washington Business Journal) Bethesda-based Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. has officially terminated its agreement to acquire the 888-room Grand Hyatt in D.C. for $442 million.

More large-scale mixed-use development for Bozzuto Group (PR Newswire) Bozzuto broke ground yesterday, in Baltimore's historic Fells Point neighborhood, on Union Wharf, a $72-million mixed-use waterfront development with 281 apartments, 4,500 s.f. of retail, and nearly 500 parking spaces.
