Tysons Corner signs up hundreds of new apartments (Washington Post) Cityline Partners sells three parcels to different developers who plan large apartment buildings.

JLL see greater absorption for office market in 2012 (Zacks) The office sector showing a surprising resilience in the last quarter of 2011, though Washington D.C. did not fare as well.

That Gallery Square Building is one of the biggest development flops this city has seen in a decade (and that's saying A LOT). Huge, huge missed potential. I just hope it's one of the nice Walgreen's.
