New York Ave hotel to be Replaced with Bigger, Newer One (CityPaper) 508 New York Ave's "dumpy, 78-room" could be replaced by a 215 room Homewood Suites.

I noticed an enormous pavilion being erected at the African-American Museum site this morning. I wondered if it might be for a ground-breaking so thanks for the update!
