As the Downtown BID area approaches full build out, the Ashton Judiciary Square, old Convention Center site and the air rights over I-395 are the only remaining sites to be developed with a residential component. However, there are commercial projects in the pipeline and several surface parking lots and redevelopment sites that will continue to bring a broad mix of development to the neighborhood. Full build out is predicted to occur in 2014 or 2015.
