It would have been nice to see the principles illustrated more obviously in the photos, which to my eye suggest an artfully fabbed-up 1950s dormitory more than new construction based ond a distinctive, atypical set of priorities. I'd like to note that one thing Mr. Luker said could be misleading: "Creating a building to be used exclusively by deaf people has unique challenges..."<br /><br />We navigate in the physical space perfectly fine. The whole purpose of this new building's architecture is to tweak things to increase visual bandwidth.
