It is a shame that they can bring down the value of your property that way. They need to clean up the residents that live there. Its a full 5 blocks south of the Petworth boarder, and only 4 blocks east of DCUSA. Calling this area Park View or Columbia Heights is accurate, but Petworth it is not!
