of next year. Clark Construction is building the project designed by Architects Collaborative. Both apartment buildings are expected to be LEED Silver Certified.

Wow! Red brick in Arlington, what a shock!
Any word on whether the garden style apartment on 16th Rd and Ode is going to be torn down? It looked like Sedona/Slate had a land slip and the foundation of the apartment was compromised. Talk about legal issues.
