Ugly neo-eclectic on the outside, but at least they're modern-ish on the inside I guess.

Clearly the builder and developer are smoking the same crack. $485K in College Park for a townhouse you can buy on spec in Bowie on a 1acre lot for $500K. $485K to be next to a hotel, Ikea, Buffalo Wild Wings and a bagel shop please.

I have been a resident for two years and love the house. If you want the same-old-thing, then don't buy one of them. Before buying, I looked at a lot of homes, and believe me when I say that the price was right and the convenience to everywhere that matters is marvelous. I don't know where "anonymous" can find a townhouse on an acre of property, but I thik he/she is the one on crack!

Consider your needs versus your requirements. Why precisely would you say you are getting an auto and what reason will it serve? Will you utilize it for the day by day drive to work, or is it a regular auto for running different errands. payday loans chicago
