Location is awesome...right in town center within walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks, etc.

Clearly the builder and developer are smoking the same crack. $485K in College Park for a townhouse you can buy on spec in Bowie on a 1acre lot for $500K. $485K to be next to a hotel, Ikea, Buffalo Wild Wings and a bagel shop please.

I have been a resident for two years and love the house. If you want the same-old-thing, then don't buy one of them. Before buying, I looked at a lot of homes, and believe me when I say that the price was right and the convenience to everywhere that matters is marvelous. I don't know where "anonymous" can find a townhouse on an acre of property, but I thik he/she is the one on crack!
